About Me

I write about current events, military topics, and veterans issues. I love exploring topics with an international impact and am passionate about public diplomacy — how we engage with the world around us.  I'm a runner, too, and I enjoy writing about health and fitness topics.

My work has appeared in The Washington Post, Teen Vogue, Mashable, Insider, and Task & Purpose. I'm also a contributing writer at Runner's World.

I received a BA in Political Science from Brown University, a Master's in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California, and an MA in Writing from the Johns Hopkins University.
