About Me

I write about current events, military topics, and veterans issues. I love exploring topics with an international impact and am passionate about public diplomacy — how we engage with the world around us. I'm also a runner, and I enjoy writing about health topics and how they impact us all.

My work has appeared in The Washington Post and Task & Purpose.

I'm currently in the early stages of writing a memoir about 9/11. My dad is a survivor of the attack on the Pentagon, and I'm writing about our experience then and how it got us to where we are now.

I received a BA in Political Science from Brown University, a Master's in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California, and an MA in Writing from the Johns Hopkins University.
